This Privacy Policy explains how Vlodkodesign, LLC (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the Sandbox AI Studio iOS app (the “App”). By using the App you agree to this policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos to train AI models.
We share data only with providers that help us run the App, under their own terms and privacy policies. We require that any third party with whom we share user data provides the same or a comparable level of protection for that data as described in this policy.
Account, preset, and credit data are retained while your account is active. Images you submit for editing are processed to produce your result; generated results you save remain in the App until you delete them. At the third-party AI providers, retention is governed by their policies: Replicate automatically removes prediction inputs, outputs, and files about one hour after processing, and OpenAI retains API inputs and outputs for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring and then deletes them (unless longer retention is legally required). Neither provider uses this data to train AI models. You can revoke consent by discontinuing use of AI features, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Contact).
Sandbox AI Studio does not collect or use “face data.” It does not use facial recognition, face tracking, TrueDepth/biometric, or any face-identification technology; it does not create or store faceprints or face templates, and it does not attempt to identify any individual. If a photo you choose to edit happens to contain a face, the image is sent to the third-party AI providers named above solely to generate your requested edit — the same as any other photo — and is subject to the retention terms in Section 4. We do not share face data with any third party because we do not collect it.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
