This Privacy Policy explains how Vlodkodesign, LLC (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the Keystone AI iOS app (the “App”). By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information we process

Category	What & why
Photos you choose to edit	When you run an AI edit, the image you select is sent to our processing service and to third-party AI providers to generate the result. We do not access your photo library beyond the specific images you choose.
Account identifiers	On first launch the App creates an anonymous account identifier so your credits and purchases work without a sign-up. If you choose to sign in (e.g. with Apple or email), we receive the name and email you authorize (you may use Apple’s Hide My Email).
Purchase & subscription status	Purchases are processed by Apple. We receive subscription status (active plan, renewal/expiry) to unlock features and grant credits. We never receive your full payment card details.
Device integrity token	To prevent abuse of the free trial, we use Apple’s DeviceCheck, which provides a token tied to your device. It contains no personal information and is not used to track you.
Usage data	Basic app activity such as credits used and feature interactions, used to operate and improve the App.

2. How we use information

• To provide AI photo editing and the App’s core features.
• To grant and track credits, plans, and purchases.
• To prevent fraud and abuse of free trials.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the App.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos to train AI models.

3. Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run the App, under their own terms and privacy policies:

• Apple — sign-in, payments, and DeviceCheck.
• Supabase — secure backend, database, and authentication.
• RevenueCat — subscription management and validation.
• Replicate and the underlying AI model providers — image processing to generate your edits.

4. Data retention

Account, credit, and purchase data are retained while your account is active. Images submitted for editing are processed to produce your result; generated results you save remain available in the App until you delete them. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from within the App (Account menu → Delete account), or by contacting us.

5. Your choices & rights

• Use the App anonymously without signing in.
• Use Apple’s Hide My Email when signing in.
• Delete your account and data in-app at any time, or request deletion by emailing us.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
